We offer worldwide shipping on all of our online products. 

 

(For reasons to do with customs and import regulations at the country of destination, we are currently not able to deliver to the following countries: Brasil and Argentina)

 

 

Our international shipping has a flat rate of USD$ 20, wherever you may be in the world.

Shipping information

Once your order has been placed, we will process it within 24 - 48 hrs. After that, please expect a shipping time of 5 - 10 working days. Please note we do not process orders on weekends or on Uruguayan national holidays.

We offer worldwide shipping on all of our online products. We send your parcels via our trusted partners at DHL Express or FeDex. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way to you.

DUTIES and TAXES

Manos del Uruguay does not cover any duties or custom costs that may be associated to your parcel once it arrives your country of destination. Please check your country's regulations regarding taxes and import of goods, prior to placing your order. Often, countries have a maximum monetary value for imported goods, before taxes apply. Any tax due should be payed by the customer in order to release the parcel. 

 

We are not responsible for any legal costs, nor the return of the product back to us, once it reaches your local Customs Office.

Previously, commercial goods imported into the EU up to a value of 22 EUR were exempted from VAT.

As of July 1st, all commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT and will require formal customs declaration

 

ESPAÑA:

Manos del Uruguay no cubre ningún costo asociado a impuestos o gastos de aduana adicionales que puedan estar asociados a tu paquete una vez el mismo se encuentre en el país de destino. Por favor pedimos consultar los gastos de aduana y de importación de tu país de pedido ANTES de realizarlo. A menudo, los países tienen un valor monetario máximo para los bienes importados, antes de que se apliquen los impuestos. Cualquier impuesto adeudado debe ser pagado por el cliente para liberar el paquete. 

No somos responsables de ningún costo legal, ni de la devolución del producto una vez que llegue a su Oficina de Aduanas local.

Todos los bienes comerciales importados a la Unión Europea estarán sujetos al IVA y requerirán una declaración formal en aduana.
